Information Intellidemia Collects
Intellidemia collects two types of information about users. The first is information that users knowingly choose to disclose, such as survey information, referrals, and/or site registrations. The second is aggregated tracking information derived by us as you interact with the Site. This information is strictly for site usage analysis as it allows us to better understand the demographics of our audience. Under no circumstances does Intellidemia divulge any personal information for commercial purposes about an individual user to a third party unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
When you sign up for and use the Site, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your email address, name, and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us. Users may modify or remove any of their account information at any time by logging into the Account page. You create your own personal account. Your name and email address will be attached to any material or files you post or upload to the Site.
Children must 13 years or older to sign up for an account on this Site. We will never ask for personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If a child is under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian MUST sign up for an account under the parent's name. Any personal information identified with the student (such as: email address and name) that we collect is therefore collected from the Parent or Legal Guardian.
You post content to the Site at your own risk. Intellidemia cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. Therefore, Intellidemia cannot and does not guarantee that content you post on our website will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. Intellidemia is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have downloaded, copied or stored your content. Although Intellidemia owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Site application, you retain all rights to your data, and we will never sell or share your client data with any third-parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Information collected on this Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Intellidemia or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of the U.S. For example, this may happen if any of our servers are located in a country outside of the U.S. or one of our service providers is located in a country outside of the U.S. In addition, if you use our Site while you are outside the U.S., your information may be transferred outside the U.S.
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Intellidemia may automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. Intellidemia stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect and transfer online. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.
